Samantha Stanley earned her B.A. and M.A. in Communication summa cum laude at the University of Arizona. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Communication Science. Her program of research centers on the shaping and enactment of identity through communication specifically in health contexts (such as e-cigarette and cigarette use, vaccination against HPV, and pregnancy). Recently her work has focused on the role of intergroup communication in health behaviors. Samantha is a research assistant to Dr. Linda Aldoory.
