COMM Major Named a 2021 Senior Marshal

COMM senior major Dylan Fitch one of two ARHU majors named a senior marshal for the 2021 UM Commencement.

Congratulations to senior COMM major Dylan Fitch for being named a senior marshal for the University of Maryland's 2021 commencement. Founded in 1991, the senior marshal program recognizes graduating Terps who demonstrate the highest levels of scholarship, service, extracurricular activity, and personal growth. 32 graduating seniors were chosen as 2021 senior marshals.

While at UMD, Dylan Fitch completed the Global Fellows program and conducted research for the Center for International Development and Conflict Management and as a research mentor in the First-year Innovation and Research Experience (FIRE). While on campus, Dylan was president of Terrapin Beats Society, UMD's DJ and music production club, as well as a consultant in the Snider Consulting Group. After graduating, Fitch will begin a career as a consultant with Ernst & Young.

Fitch was one of two senior marshals graduating with a major from the College of Arts & Humanities.
